Working Through It

I’ll tell you how not easy it is to be injured. I felt sorry for myself for a few days.

I fear getting behind.

I fear getting “fat”.

I fear losing progress.

So, I got myself together and decided to do what I can do.

Today’s workout is below. I modified it (because of the severity of my knee injury), from http://www.peanutbutterrunner.com.

Stay strong, and stay working on yourselves.

Remember Christ loves you and so do I.
